Service 2000 is closely monitoring the news and developments related to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). It wishes to contribute to collective efforts aimed at reducing its spread by complying with the recommendations of the Government of Quebec announced on Thursday March 12.
Because we are committed to protecting our employees and customers and ensuring their well-being, Service 2000 takes the following preventive measures:
- Refuse to send a technician to the home of anyone who returned from a trip from a foreign country in the last 14 days or who display cold or flu-like symptoms (fever, cough or difficulty breathing)
- Likewise, require our employees to stay at home for a period of 14 days if they return from a foreign country OR have symptoms associated with coronavirus, flu or colds (fever, cough or difficulty breathing)
- Ensure that all employees scrupulously follow the instructions and hygiene measures recommended by Quebec public health to counter the virus, that is to wash their hands regularly with soap and to cough and sneeze into their elbow.
The use of household appliances in normal working conditions helps to reduce the number of contact between people in public places such as restaurants and laundries. We therefore maintain our operations in order to serve you with the same quality and efficiency that makes our reputation, and thus, continue to our measure, to ensure your peace of mind in these uncertain times.
